Our Mission
Our continuing mission is to serve you by providing the highest level of expertise and professionalism possible. For many people it is difficult to meet at once with their CPA, Tax Advisor, Bookkeeper and Payroll Processor to develop a business direction or maintain their monthly finances. Our Team
HEATHER M. FINDON, CPA hfindon@findoncpa.com
Heather is a magna cum laude graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She also received her Associate in Specialized Business Degree for Accounting Administration from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.
Her focus has been on providing tax services to business owners of closely‐held companies in various industries including Construction, Real Estate, Investment, Service Industries, etc. Her background includes extensive knowledge of business tax compliance, state and local tax issues, and individual tax compliance and planning.
Heather is an active member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Maria has joined the F&A firm with over 40 years of experience in accounting and payroll. Most of her experience is in construction and real estate, however Maria enjoys the different types of businesses she encounters in public accounting. Maria has a degree from Duquesne University.

With over 24 years of experience, Jennifer is a valued professional in the eyes of her clients assisting with their accounting and bookkeeping needs. She also prepares individual tax returns for the clients she services.

Zak brings nearly 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience to the firm. He has a great rapport with his clients and is always available to assist them with their accounting and financial needs.

David joined F&A where he will assist with tax planning and tax preparation. David is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He also received an Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Accounting from Bradford School of Business.
David brings 14 years of public accounting experience, primarily with large Accounting firms. David has worked on Partnership, Corporation, Individual, Trust, and Estate tax returns along with Captive Insurance Companies.
David resides in Allison Park and enjoys spending time with his young daughter, volunteering at church, and playing sports.

Kim brings over 21 years of experience as an executive assistant overseeing the management of the office, processing sales tax returns, and assisting with all client needs. Kim strives to effectively and efficiently provide administrative support to her colleagues and externally with clients. Kim has three beautiful grandchildren now and enjoys spending time going to ball games and tea parties.

Graduated in 2022 from Chatham University with his Masters in Business Administration and with an undergraduate degree in Accounting completed in 2021. Trevor is versed in payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning and tax preparation.
He is currently working towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant with the support of the firm. Trevor enjoys going to concerts and watching sports in his free time.
